Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii with additional shipping
charges.
Do you ship to PO Box?.
We also ship
to PO BOX if you select the appropriate USPS option. Fedex
or UPS won't deliver to PO Box.
How
much time it takes to receive an order?
All
orders placed online are processed within 24 hours. You will
be notified through email that your order has been processed
within our system. Orders may be shipped in multiple or
partial shipments from Next Scrubs/Savon Scrubs or directly
from a particular manufacturer. most order are delivered
within 5-7 days.
Most shipments that originate
through our Mississippi and California warehouses, we will
provide tracking information. Please contact our Customer
Service Dept. and will get the most up-to-date delivery
information for you.
Where and how to
return/exchange my order/item(s)?
Customers are offered a 30 days money-back satisfaction guarantee,
if returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in the
original shape and with all TAGS & BAGS. Please
follow the steps below to ensure a full refund (Less
Original Shipping Charges - Normally $8-$11). Oh
Yes.. if we goofed up the order and ship wrong items, we
will bear the cost of shipping for both ways.
- Email us
to get a RAC# (Click
here to email) It may take upto 24Hrs to get Return
Authorization Code.
- Include a copy of the shipping document stating why
the item is being returned.
- With
the tags ON, put the items back into packaging with all
the papers and packing material associated with the
order.
- Mail
via the carrier of your choice with delivery
confirmation.
- Return
to the following address:

Refunds are processed within
30 days after the return merchandise is received back in original re-sellable
condition.
Please allow at least 1
billing cycle for funds to show up back on the card.
If there's any backorder item which is not
available to ship or has been discontinued by manufacturer,
we will notify you, immediately issue a refund
back to the card. If you do not see a refund for discontinued
backorder item, please contact us by PHONE and EMAIL BOTH
to make sure your request is being processed.

Worn excessively, Without Tags and Original packaging,
or washed items will be returned
back to customer and will not be eligible for refund.
Personalized items, Nascar scrubs, Collegiate Scrubs, Lab coats with
monogramming are not returnable. Shipping and
handling charges are not refunded on returned items. Items
must be returned to us postpaid (insure it for your own
benefit); Returned merchandise must not be used or altered
in any way.
Damaged Shipments or Errors on
Invoice:
Sometimes merchandise is damaged in shipping and once in a
while, we make a mistake and pull the wrong item. If you
should receive your order and it has been damaged in some
way or we have goofed, PLEASE call us immediately. Have your
invoice copy available. DO NOT SHIP DAMAGED OR WRONG
MERCHANDISE BACK WITHOUT EMAILING US FIRST!! including your four digit ORDER NUMBER
(for example PO 4576)

European and Canadian
customers, please select "International Shipping" option at
the time of placing order. Free Shipping option
does not apply for Canadian or other international orders.
