Scrubs orders by UPS, Fedex or USPS Priority Mail. Orders
are usually processed the same day, except on holidays. That
is why we ship your order to arrive in 5- 7 business days
after leaving our warehouse. (Most of the orders take 3-5
days) We notify you if there is any backorder item or the
whole order is on backorder. Iguana med items take a
bit longer to ship due to overwhelming response. They go out
of stock very quickly. But we have been working hard
to make all the orders leave warehouse as quickly as
possible.
When ordering, carefully review delivery information making
certain that the address is complete and includes apartment
and suite numbers. NextScrubs, Sav-On Scrubs can not be held responsible
for undeliverable orders or additional address correction
fees charged by the carrier due to information that is
incorrect, incomplete, or the recipient is unavailable.

Returns
We want you to be pleased with the items you have ordered.
Customers are offered a 30 days money-back satisfaction guarantee,
if merchandise is returned within 30 days of shipment.
Please include a copy of the shipping document stating why
the item is being returned. NO EXCHANGES. If you want
to exchange, please re-order, we will process the refund as
soon as we get the merchandise back in original re-sellable
condition. Worn excessively or washed items will be returned
back to customer and will not be eligible for refund. DO NOT SHIP
MERCHANDISE BACK WITHOUT CALLING US FIRST!!
Personalized items are not returnable. Shipping and
handling charges are not refunded on returned items. Items
must be returned to us postpaid (insure it for your own
benefit); Returned merchandise must not be used or altered
in any way.
REFUND WILL BE MADE WITHIN
15 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING YOUR RETURN ITEMS BACK IN ORIGINAL
CONDITION. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU SHOULD ALWAYS CHECK
SIZE CHART BEFORE BUYING. PLEASE DO NOT ABUSE THE
RETURN SERVICE, SINCE IT MAKES HARDER FOR THE LEGITIMATE
CUSTOMERS.
Damaged Shipments or Errors on
Invoice:
Sometimes merchandise is damaged in shipping and once in a
while, we make a mistake and pull the wrong item. If you
should receive your order and it has been damaged in some
way or we have goofed, PLEASE call us immediately. Have your
invoice copy available. DO NOT SHIP DAMAGED OR WRONG
MERCHANDISE BACK WITHOUT CALLING US FIRST!!
In case your call is being forwarded to voice mail, please
leave a detail message with your four digit ORDER NUMBER
(for example PO 4576) and reason for return.
