All
orders placed through www.NextScrubs.com will include Free
Fedex Ground Shipping to any of the lower 48
states for orders over $50.00 International orders are not
eligible for this special offer and are shipped via United
States Postal Service (see below for details).
We
will also ship International and to Alaska, Hawaii and
Puerto Rico with additional shipping charges. Please call
our customer service dept toll free at 877-461-1042 and we
will be glad to assist you. If you are placing an order over
the weekend (when live customer service not available), you
may place an order online and someone from our customer
service dept. will contact you Monday with your shipping
options.
If you are not agreeable to
the shipping charges and delivery schedule at that time, you
may cancel your order with no questions asked. Freight
options to these locations can range between $25 to $50 and
involve 3-4 weeks for delivery. Thanks for understanding.

We do not ship to any P.O. Boxes, AP or FPO addresses. Any
online order must include a street address that Fedex can
deliver to.
Order
Process:
All
orders placed online are processed within 24 hours. You will
be notified through email that your order has been processed
within our system. Orders may be shipped in multiple or
partial shipments from Next Scrubs/Savon Scrubs or directly
from a particular manufacturer. Our system will
automatically update your account any time your order status
changes and you will be emailed this information.
Most shipments that originate
through our Mississippi and California warehouses, we will
provide tracking information. Please contact our Customer
Service Dept. and will get the most up-to-date delivery
information for you.
Delivery Time:
All delivery times for
products are estimates based on the typical availability of
an item. Please note that these are our best estimates and
do not constitute any guarantee on the part of
www.nextscrubs.com. We will not be held responsible for
expedited shipping charges stemming from a manufacturers'
error or delay in the production and/or shipping of items
that aren't in stock in our warehouse. Please feel free to
call us at 877-461-1042 if you're interested in the finding
out the specific availability of a particular item

International
Orders
European and Canadian
customers, please call us first to order. The online
shopping for international order is being developed and will
be receiving orders soon.
Easy
Returns
We want you to be pleased with the items you have ordered.
Customers are offered a 30 days money-back satisfaction guarantee,
if merchandise is returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
Please include a copy of the shipping document stating why
the item is being returned. NO EXCHANGES PLEASE. If you want
to exchange, please RE-ORDER, we will process the refund as
soon as we get the merchandise back in original re-sellable
condition. Worn excessively, without original tags or washed items will be returned
back to customer and will not be eligible for refund.
Personalized items, Nascar scrubs, Lab coats with
monogramming are not returnable. Shipping and
handling charges are not refunded on returned items. Items
must be returned to us postpaid (insure it for your own
benefit); Returned merchandise must not be used or altered
in any way.
REFUND WILL BE MADE WITHIN
15 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING YOUR RETURN ITEMS BACK IN ORIGINAL
CONDITION. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU SHOULD ALWAYS CHECK
SIZE CHART BEFORE STARTING THE PURCHASE PROCESS.
Refund
terms and conditions: After a return, if total order amount
falls below $50 (Free Shipping Offer) then refund will be
made after deducting the actual shipping charges. For
example, An order above $50 ships free but actually shipping
charges incurred $8.55 at the time of shipping. After
returning part or the whole order will no longer valid for
free shipping offer. Refund will be issued less actual
shipping charges.
Damaged Shipments or Errors on
Invoice:
Sometimes merchandise is damaged in shipping and once in a
while, we make a mistake and pull the wrong item. If you
should receive your order and it has been damaged in some
way or we have goofed, PLEASE call us immediately. Have your
invoice copy available. DO NOT SHIP DAMAGED OR WRONG
MERCHANDISE BACK WITHOUT CALLING US FIRST!!
In case your call is being forwarded to voice mail, please
leave a detail message with your four digit ORDER NUMBER
(for example PO 4576) and reason for return.
